A command-line tool that takes a city, fetches its temperature from OpenWeatherMap (using
OPENWEATHER_KEY) and prints it in Celsius. cli.py defines a --units option, but weather.py doesn’t use it yet.Add a --units flag that switches between metric and imperial, with a test.
